StudioBinder allows you to generate a PDF of any account contact list. For example, you can generate a PDF to distribute physical copies to department heads ahead of a production meeting or shoot. Follow along to learn how!
Note: When viewing account contacts, you are viewing all contacts attached to your account. To create a PDF of a project contact list, you'll need to use project contacts.
Step 1 — Open account contacts
Hover over Settings on the sidebar to reveal & click Account Contacts from the drop-down menu that appears.
Step 2 — Click generate PDF
Click the Generate PDF icon.
Step 3 — Select contacts
In the pop-up, select the contacts using the preset filters and click Add (X) Selected Contacts.
Step 4 — Customize and download
In the same pop-up, customize your PDF to your liking, then click Download PDF.
