Understand what each status stands for when tracking call sheets

StudioBinder uses call sheet analytics to track the progress of your call sheets. By grasping each status indicator, you can ensure that call sheets are properly delivered, viewed, and acknowledged.

Status icons explained

Here is the explanation for what each of the status icons signifies.

  • Unsent: The call sheet has not been sent to the recipient.

  • Sent: The call sheet has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

  • Bounced: The receiving server could not or would not accept the message.

  • Spam: Recipient marked message as spam.

  • Delivered: The message has been successfully delivered to the receiving server.

  • Opened: The recipient received the call time email and opened it.

  • Confirmed: You can see who confirmed their call time with a timestamp for verification.

  • Blocked: When your IP address has been added to a blacklist, they have been blocked by an ISP or messaging organization, and the affected email shows up with this status.

  • Dropped: You may see the following drop reasons: Invalid SMTP API header, Spam Content (if spam checker app enabled), Unsubscribed Address, Bounced Address, Spam Reporting Address, Invalid, Recipient List over Package Quota

  • Deferred: The recipient’s email server temporarily rejected the message.

By regularly checking these statuses, you can ensure that your call sheets are effectively reaching your team and take necessary actions if issues arise.
