StudioBinder lets you tag script elements in breakdowns. If tagged elements disappear, it’s likely because a new script has been synced with altered scene numbers. Follow along to learn how to recover them.
Note: Tagged elements are link to the scene they're tagged to, so changes in scene numbers & or headings may cause them to appear missing. As long as scene numbers stay intact, changes will sync smoothly across the project.
Step 1 ⏤ Check version manager
Use Version History to roll back to the previous version of the script.
Step 2 ⏤ Match scene numbers
Edit your screenplay making sure scene numbers remain the same.
Step 3 ⏤ Sync the script
Click Sync to Project in the top-right corner of your screenplay editor to sync the script to the project.
