The preliminary or "prelim" watermark is automatically removed from call sheets as soon as you send the call sheet to at least one recipient. Follow these quick steps to make it happen. This becomes especially useful if you'd like to download your call sheet without the water mark.
Step 1 — View the watermarked Call Sheet
On the Preview page, you will see a "prelim" watermark on your call sheet. Click Edit Call Sheet.
Step 2 — Send the call sheet
On the Recipients step of the Call Sheet Builder, add one person to the Call Sheet. Continue to the Customize step and click Send.
Step 3 — View your Call Sheet and Download the PDF
StudioBinder now recognizes the call sheet as Sent so the "prelim" watermark has been removed. Now simply add the rest of your crew, then click the Download button to download the PDF.
I tried downloading the call sheet as a PDF but it still contains the preliminary text over it.
After upgrading your account, simply refresh the page, then deliver the call sheet and you'll be able to download the callsheet without the watermark.
