How to attach files to call sheet messages

Find out how to attach files to your custom contact messages to your cast and crew

Studio Binder allows you to attach files to messages sent via call sheets. For instance if you forgot to include an attachment when your first call sheet was sent, you can send a follow-up message with the file you wanted your teammate to receive. Follow along to learn how!

Step 1 ⏤ Open confirmations

Hover over the call sheet you want to send a message from to reveal, and then click the Confirmations icon.

Step 2 ⏤ Select a recipient

Click the checkbox next to the name of the contact you want to send the file to

Step 3 ⏤ Send message

Click the Send Email icon that appears at the top of the page.

Step 4 ⏤ Attach file

In the message composer, click the upload file icon at the bottom of the pop-up.

Step 5 ⏤ Select a file

In the pop-up window, locate your file in the My Library tab. Click the checkbox next to the file, then click Select (x) to confirm your choice.

Step 6 ⏤ Insert the file

In the queue, click Insert (x) file to attach the selected file to your message.

Step 7 ⏤ Send the message

Once the file is attached, click Send to deliver the message with the attached file.
