Studio binder allows you to send a message to as many contacts as you like. For example, you can send a production report, attachments, or updates to crew members to keep them informed. Follow along to learn how to send a message to multiple project contacts at once.
Step 1 ⏤ Open project contacts
Hover over the plan tab at the top of your screen to reveal & click Project Contacts.
Step 2 ⏤ Select contacts
Select the box next above all contact names.
Step 3 ⏤ Click send message
At the top of the page, click the Send Message icon that appears.
Step 4 ⏤ Send the message
In the pop-up, compose your message. When done, click Send to send it off.
Note: We include the sender's email in the message to make it easy for your cast and crew to reach out to you.
