StudioBinder allows you to send call sheets to specific recipients. You can choose to only send the call sheet the cast and crew called that day or to anyone who didn’t receive a call sheet in an earlier message chain.
Step 1 ⏤ Open confirmations
Hover over the call sheet you want to send out to reveal and click Confirmations.
Step 2 ⏤ Send call sheet
In the list of recipients, hover over the person you want to send the call sheet to, to reveal & click the more icon (⋮) & select Resend Call Sheet from the drop-down menu.
Step 3 ⏤ Send call sheet
A Resend Call Sheet window will appear. Review the options (e.g., copy yourself on emails or include a message) and click Resend Selected to send the call sheet.
Note: While we are working hard to expand SMS call sheets to all our users, texting call sheets is not currently available in all countries.
