Do you already have existing Contacts that you'd like to assign to a new Project? You can easily copy over multiple Contacts from one Project to another without manually doing it:
Step 1 — Click on Existing Contact
On your Project Contacts page, click the Existing Contacts button.
Step 2 — Search for your Contact
In the pop-up, search by Contact name, Project name, or Project List. Once your contact appears, click on + icon to make a selection. You can add as many Contacts as you need on this step.
Step 3 — Add your Contact
Click Add (x) Contacts To Project button to add these contacts to your Project.
Note: If you select Project List or Project, you will add all the Contacts associated with those Lists and Projects.
