Step 1 — Go to the Design page
On the Design page of the call sheet builder, click on the Hospital text field.
Step 2 — Enter hospital name or address
In the Nearest Hospital field, begin entering the hospital name or address and select one of the hospitals in the dropdown.
Step 3 — Map-link automatically created
On the Preview page, you'll see all pertinent information has been pulled with a map link to the hospital.
