The VIP section will automatically add key production contacts from your call sheet recipient list with assigned roles such as the Executive Producer, Director, 1st AD, etc. You can override this by following these steps.
Step 1 — Go to the Design page
On the Design page of the call sheet builder, the VIP Details section is on the left.
Step 2 — Click on the VIP Details field
Hover over the VIP Details field and click it.
Step 3 — Update VIP Details
Make your changes and click Save.
