If there is ever an instance where a recipient cannot confirm the call time themselves you can do this for them. Learn how below.
Step 1 — Go to your Confirmations page.
On your Call Sheets page, click on the View Stats button.
Step 2 — View the personalized call sheet
Choose the contact you'd like to confirm for, click the More button, and click Personalized Call Sheet.
Step 3 — Confirm the call time
To confirm this contact's call time, simply click Confirm Call Time.
