The department notes section of a call sheet in StudioBinder will automatically be populated with elements tagged during the breakdown process for scenes included on the call sheet. However, this section can also be used for any other information that needs to be relayed to the cast or crew. See how you can use the department notes section below.

Step 1 Edit call sheet

In the call sheet builder, go to the Design page and scroll down to the Department Notes section.

Step 2 Add department name

Click into the Department Name field and add a department name.

Step 3 Add notes

Now, add notes/special instructions specific to that department.
