Before delivering call sheets, it's best practice to preview and send yourself a test before showing it to clients or your crew. Keep in mind that if you are on the Free plan, you can only send yourself a test, no one else on the call sheet. Here's how to do that:

On the Confirmations page, locate yourself on the page and click Send. In the pop-up, just click Send.

Are you looking to proof a version of the call sheet? Currently, you can send yourself a test call sheet if you are on the Free plan. However, if you're looking to download the PDF call sheet, you must be subscribed to the Starter plan (or above).
