Call sheets are a staple of the entertainment industry. They inform everyone on the production of vital information such as call times, locations, schedule, and more. When you have finished creating your call sheet learn how to send the call sheet to your recipients below.
Note: If you are subscribed to the Free plan, you will only be able to send a Call Sheet to yourself as a test. In order to send to other recipients, you will need to upgrade to at least the Starter plan.
Send Call Sheet to All Recipients
Step 1 – Click send call sheet
On the Preview page of the call sheet builder, click Send Call Sheet.
Step 2 – Select send options
In the pop-up, select various options to include when sending the call sheet such as an SMS text message, then click send.
Step 3 – View stats
After clicking send the stats page will come up which will show you the status of the call sheet along with other information.
Send Call Sheet to Select Recipients
If you're not ready to send the call sheet to all recipients, follow these steps.
Step 1 – Click Confirmations
From the Preview page of the call sheet builder, click the More button and select Confirmations from the drop-down menu.
Step 2 – Select recipients and send
On the Sats page, select the recipients you would like to send the call sheet to and choose Send.
Note: To update the status column, refresh your page (Command + R - Mac, Ctrl + R - PC) after the call sheet has been sent.
