Cancellation Policy: 

You can cancel or downgrade your subscription to the Free plan at any point. There are no contracts when you upgrade your account which means that you can cancel your subscription anytime. Keep in mind that you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being billed for the next month's subscription fee. 

Note: Cancellations and downgrades become effective right away which means you will lose all premium functionality after you've been downgraded.

Refund Policy:

StudioBinder offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of a subscription for new accounts.

For existing users and/or subscriptions, StudioBinder will only provide a one-time courtesy refund if a request for a refund is received within 24 hours of the charge as it is the user's responsibility to manage the subscription.

Refunds are not granted for discounts or discount codes that are incorrectly applied.

**If you have used the service to deliver a call sheet and have received confirmations, or a call sheet has been downloaded, you are not eligible for a refund.

Downgraded before the bill and still got charged?

As long as you downgrade your account before the next billing cycle you will not be charged. For example, if your plan is set to renew on the 22nd of next month, the plan must be downgraded to the Free plan by the 21st to avoid being charged an additional month.
