It's common for call sheets to bounce and the most common delivery failures are due to email typos or full inboxes. Just update the recipient's email address and resend the call sheet.

Step 1 — Click on the View Recipients button

On your Call Sheets page, click the View Recipients button.

Step 2 — Update the email address

On your View Recipients page, simply type in the email address text field to update it. You will see a "Saving..." notification on the top-right to indicate your changes were successful.

Step 3 — Resend the call sheet

After making your change, click on the more icon next to their name and click Resend. When the pop-up appears, click the red Resend button to confirm.
