Being invited as a Teammate gives you access to all of the premium features of the Company account.
Teammates are required to have an account, however, it is not required to be subscribed to a paid plan.
To accept a teammate invitation follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Click Accept Invitation
In the email that you receive, click Accept Invitation.
Step 2 – Create an account/Sign in
By default, you will be directed to create an account. If you do not already have an account, fill out the registration form and click Sign Up. If you already have an account, click Sign In!.
Step 3 – Click Accept Invite
Once you've signed up or signed in, click the Accept Invite button and you will be directed to the company account you've been invited to.
Note: Once you log out and then log back in, you will have to switch accounts to access the company account once again. View how to swap between a personal and a company account.
