After you have imported your script, tagged elements, and set a shooting schedule, a Day Out of Day Report generates a table that conveniently displays when an Element is needed. For Cast Members, DOOD Reports show Work Started, Working, Holds, and Work Finished. If you're looking for the DOOD report, follow these steps:

Step 1 — View DOOD Report

Navigate Reports by using the drop-down menu and click Day Out Of Days (DOOD).

Step 2 — Navigate DOOD Report

DOOD Reports are organized by Categories that can be viewed in the sidebar menu. Use All Categories at the top of the sidebar to view the entire report, or click a specific Category to view it's report.

Step 3 — Understanding DOOD Reports

DOOD Reports create simple tables to display work days. Objects, makeup, etc. are represented by Checks, but Cast Members have a little more detail:

  • SW - Start Work

  • W - Working

  • WF - Work Finished

  • SWF - Start Work/Work Finished

  • H - Hold

How can I add rehearsal days to the DOOD report?

The DOOD report is generated from the Cast ID's on every scene strip. This means that if you want to add a rehearsal day to your DOOD report, simply create a new Scene and assign the associated Cast ID's, and then head back to your DOOD page.
