Step 1 — Go to your Manage page
On your Project Dashboard page, click Manage.
Step 2 — Go to your Department page
On your Project Settings page, click Departments.
Step 3 — Change Department and Position names
On your Departments page, you can change Department names, Position names, reorder the positions and departments by using the dragger icon which will immediately be reflected on the positioning on all call sheets.
This will update Departments and Positions within a specific Project.
If you would like to automatically apply your changes to future projects, click the "Make Default" button at the top of the page.
Note: Currently, you cannot add/remove positions or departments.
