Step 1 — Click on the assigned role
On your Contacts or Project Contacts page, click on the currently assigned role of your contact. If you just added a Contact, the placeholder will say Assign A Role.
Step 2 — Assign a role
In the pop-up, click on the text field to search and replace the current role. You can also add multiple roles to one Contact by clicking Add More Roles.
Step 3 — Click Save Roles
After adding the role, click Save Roles.
Note: Due to contact's positions regularly changing, keep in mind that if you change a contact's role from the Contacts page, it will override that contacts role in Project Contacts. However, if you change a contact's role from Project Contacts, it will not affect that contacts role on the master Contact list.
