Did you just use the wrong credit card when you upgraded? Are you just looking to change your payment options?
If your credit card has expired or if you'd like to change your credit card, it's best to do this as soon as possible so you don't lose access to certain premium features. To change your payment method or billing information, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Go to company settings
On your Projects page, hover over your profile photo and click Company Settings.
Step 2 — Click billing settings
On your Company Settings page, click Billing Settings.
Step 3 — Edit your credit card
On your Billing Settings page, click Edit Card and you can update your credit card information. After entering your new number, click Update Card.
I've changed my credit card details, how can I verify that it went through?
If your credit card expired, your account will temporarily go on hold until you've updated your credit card with new details. To avoid losing access to your Project and premium functionality, update your details by following the steps from above.
